I.T. LANDES PROVIDES GEOTHERMAL SYSTEM FOR
VERTICAL SCREEN, INC.
I.T. Landes has been selected to install the geothermal system for the new Vertical Screen “Green” corporate headquarters. It’s located at the former Naval Air Center in Warminster, PA, and will be Bucks County’s first new construction project to achieve LEED Platinum certification, the highest achievable level in the U.S. Green Building Council’s sustainability rating system.

The geothermal system that I.T. Landes is installing will provide the HVAC needs for this 49,600 ft. building. It will utilize a closed-loop geothermal water source heat pump, which will include 64 closed-loop wells, 500 feet deep.
